I offer a variety of items to fit all your gifting and personal needs.

If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask me. I usually answer within 24 hours.

I take pride in my work, however, if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback.

Please double check your shipping address, I WILL NOT REFUND OR RESHIP in case you provided the wrong address. It's buyer's responsibility to provide us the correct address to ship to.

If your item is damaged due to shipping, please let us know within 2 days after delivery so we can work something out.

Customers must ship item back within 2 days after item is received at their own cost.

Refund will only be issued once return is received and inspected.

Sorry No Refunds on Custom Orders.
I only accept Credit Cards and Paypal at the moment.

All payments must be made within 7 days of ordering. If this is not done, I will not ship the item. Only extenuating circumstances will be free of this policy. I must receive a message regarding why this policy cannot be fulfilled so I can make sure you get the items you want.

All cancellations must be made before I ship. If I have already shipped your item(s), you will responsible for the return shipping and receive a refund minus initial shipping and handling.
I ship Monday through Friday on account of my day job's scheduling.

I use our wonderful United States Postal Service [USPS] to ship all my products as provided by Etsy. FedEX and UPS are options, but will probably be an additional fee.

Please contact me if you wish to ship another way and we can discuss our options from there.

Additional shipping insurance and tracking numbers may be an extra fee.

A confirmation email will be sent out the day of shipping to inform you that your product is on the way and to look for it. ^_^

Do you do custom orders?
- Yes I do. All inquires regarding embroidery get forwarded to my mother and the rest are regarding my product.

Can I order wholesale?
- You sure can! Again, Embroidery wholesale is forwarded to my mother and the rest are mine. Quantity and discount will be discussed through further contact.

Are your prices final?
- Yes they are. I offer plenty of discounts to keep costs low. I still have to cover material costs y'know! :)

Can you put an item on hold for me?
- Yes and no. I can hold an item for a small period of time, provided we are in constant contact and I'm aware of any situation that arises. The no part really applies to lengthy hold periods and outstanding payments.

AHHH!!!! I don't have enough and I REALLY want that item!!
- Well for one that isn't a question, but I will answer it anyway. I myself work paycheck to paycheck, so I know money can be tight sometimes. Message me and we can work out a plan.

- If you know what this means, give yourself a cookie from me [unless you're a diabetic or can't have cookies.... that would be bad]. If you are a seller and have something of interest to me and find yourself wanting something of mine, message me. I'm totally game for a product trade. ^_^
