Hello and thank you for visiting my shop!
I'm a picture book illustrator working and living in Milan, Italy. While creating picture books I also create letter writing sets, note cards and textiles in my room. I've wanted to call my little studio place Aterlier Merlotto. Merlo means Black bird in Italian and Merlotto is like a young (little) Black bird. Black birds frequent my balcony and give me so much love and inspirations. Please look forward to see more and more creations here at my new start as Atelier Merlotto.
