First off, we were so excited because we weren’t expecting to get the fox so fast because it was coming from Russia to Florida, but Alyona did a great job on her end getting the product shipped out ASAP.
This realistic looking fox was the only thing my eight-year-old daughter wanted for her birthday. She fell in love with the picture and was hoping it would look the exact same when she got it. When she open the package, we were blown away. It looked even more realistic in person than it did in the picture. Alyona’s work is amazing!! Plus, the movement of the limbs, body, and head/tail is really cool!!
Another thing I was really impressed with was Alyona reached out the make sure we received the item on the day she found out it was supposed to arrive.
The experience from order to receiving was wonderful!!!
