Welcome to Atomic Dog!
My shop features handmade jewelry with a quirky twist. Above all, I strive to keep my customers happy! A lot of love goes into making my jewelry, and I want you to love it too! Please feel free to contact me with any problems, suggestions or comments- I am always willing to help!

Returns and exchanges
I want happy customers and am definitely willing to work with you should you have any problem with your order.

Please remember that my jewelry is all handmade and should be handled with reasonable care. However, if something arrives broken or breaks despite careful handling, please get in touch with me and we can work out a replacement, refund or other alternative.
I accept all forms of payment: paypal, money order and personal checks (although paypal is preferred since it is the quickest). If you submit a money order or personal check, there will be a short delay in shipping your item while the money clears. In addition, please send me a quick email letting me know that you are sending a payment through the mail so that your order doesn't get accidentally canceled.

Cancellation Policy:
If a payment is not received within 3 days of your order, I will send you a reminder email. A 2nd request will be sent after 7 days. If I haven't heard from you or received payment within 10 days, I will cancel your order. If you are having trouble making your payment, please get in touch with me as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipping to the United States:
I ship using First Class mail. Normally I can ship most orders within 24-48 hours, and will always send you a quick email letting you know once your order is on its way. Please be aware that the post office can take up to 10 business days to deliver First Class mail.

International Shipping Policy:
All international orders are shipped via First Class International mail. Unfortunately, there is no tracking, delivery confirmation or insurance available for First Class mail, and so all international orders are “Ship at your Own Risk”: If an international package is lost or damaged in the mail, I cannot offer a refund or replacement. Once an international order is placed, I will email the buyer confirming shipment. Please note that in some cases, there is a longer handling time on International Shipping.

Custom Orders:
I love experimenting and am always willing to make custom orders. Just send me an email outlining what you had in mind and I will do my best to come up with something special. However, please only request a custom order if you are a serious potential buyer- I have made a lot of custom orders for people and never heard from them again :(
