When we know that an item is needed by a certain date, we do what we can to make sure it's in the mail in time according to USPS's shipping day-estimates. If you need your item within a week of your order date, order using USPS Priority or Priority Express. ONLY CHOOSE FIRST CLASS SHIPPING IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDERS 7+ DAYS FROM YOUR ORDER DATE. (10 days for Alaska or Hawaii) When in doubt, always select priority shipping. Contact us before ordering with Priority Express - we can tell you if your date actually warrants paying that extra expense.

We cannot be held responsible for items delivered late due to mail delays.

Our items are made from pre-manufactured sheets of acrylic. Other colors may be available upon request.

Most of our opaque colors allow for some light to transfer through. How much light will vary by color.

Silver & gold metallic, white & black acrylics are completely solid and allow for no light to transfer through.

Semi-transparents will be matte on the front. (kiwi is matte on both sides)

Glitter acrylic has glitter sealed in the acrylic sheet. Glitter will not flake off and get on your food, drink, hands, furniture, rug, dog, etc

Mirrored acrylic is mirrored on one side only. The back is matte grey.

Fluorescent colors are clear, but in a color.

Before leaving a less-than-stellar review, PLEASE contact us if there is a problem with your order. We will always do what we can to fix things. We work hard to design and make fun stuff for you, so we want you to be happy!

We do our best to securely package things and fortunately have a very low breakage rate. But sometimes USPS sees those 'FRAGILE" stickers as a bit of a target.

Once you receive your item, please check it out right away to make sure it didn't break in-transit. Any broken items need to be reported to us along with a photo within 48hrs of when tracking shows it was delivered.

If you need your item with a week of ordering (for domestic orders - or 2 weeks for international), please contact us BEFORE you order. Rush production fees apply to rush orders. We typically have 20-30 active orders and any given time and we produce orders according to ship-by date. Our rush production fee moves your order to top of our list.

Production time varies based on the item, material availability and our current production schedule. Note that choosing a faster shipping method ONLY affects the actual days in transit - it does not automatically adjust our production times.
