I have no complaints about the shipping, craftsmanship, or design. It's a beautiful pillow and looks exactly like the photo. Nevertheless, I was expecting the textile to be a bit thicker or heavier. I guess I thought vintage bark cloth meant something heavier - more like drapery fabric. It's a very normal smooth cotton, sort of one dimensional (no texture). Unfortunately the envelope back is in black cotton and shows my cats' hair! I think I thought it was cream. I didn't ask, though, and I really have no complaints. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
