    Returns and exchange details
    Due to the custom nature of each piece created and hand lettered, NO refunds or exchanges will be made.

    Should decide to change designs post receipt of proof, you will be charged an additional $10.00 to move forward for time already worked.

    Should you receive your proof & it not to your liking and there is no other design you like, you will only receive a partial refund. Due to the time that is invested in creating your custom proof, atouchoflove will retain $10.00 for the time.
    Payment
    I accept PayPal & Direct Pay as the only forms of payment.

    Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase, all you need is a credit card. PayPal is safe, secure, and easy to use. When checking out, click on "Pay using PayPal". This will also take you to the credit card processor. Then click on "Don’t have a PayPal account? Pay using your credit card."

    Payment must be made within 24 hours of the transaction or it will be canceled. An order will not be completed until payment has been posted.
    Shipping
    Due to the nature of our customized products it takes up to 2 WEEKS for production post proof-approval. Please note that this does not include shipping times. We ship USPS First Class unless otherwise noted. Shipping times vary according to your location.

    We do offer a rush service. If you need your items sooner please contact us about the fee involved for this service. NOTE: We must set up a special listing for you if you want to add this to your order!

    **Orders will be sent to the shipping address provided in Etsy**. If the Etsy and PayPal addresses differ, we will use the Etsy address. PLEASE make sure your Etsy shipping information is correct! A returned purchase due to an incorrect address will incur additional fees on behalf of you, the buyer.

    *We are not responsible for lost packages once they are out of our possession. A tracking number will not be provided unless you elect to purchase it. Should your package not arrive, you will need to reorder at your own expense.

    BROKEN ITEMS: We will refund the cost of the item you purchased if it arrives broken and you have provided images detailing this. We will not refund shipping. Shipping expenses will remain the responsibility of the buyer.

    INSURANCE or EXPEDITED SHIPPING available for an additional cost. We are happy to accommodate your requests! Please email me to arrange these additional requests
