Updates

We've got 50+ unique color/finishes of raffia in stock. They come in matte or pearl finish built to suit both formal and casual events! This sampler pack lets you match the ribbon to your project.
Atoxicdream sells 45+ colors of satin ribbon in the 7/8" wide size. Every order of 20 yards is measured, folded by hand, and tied by raffia ribbon. Multiple orders of ribbon will come with tags so you know which is which.
I added a 2nd envelopes supplier to add more color options in my shop. These envelopes come with the euro flap with traditional moistenable glue along the edges.

Strange name, serious business!

Coming from an entrepreneurial family, I watched my mom and relatives run their businesses while growing up even though my interests at the time was anything but that. I had wild dreams of who I'd like to be (Air Force pilot!) and where I'd like to live (Tokyo!).

As the saying goes: "The apple does not fall far from the tree." As I grew older, I had this urge of wanting to be a leader instead of the follower, and I decided to open my own design company and cater to both local and online customers. With no experience working in retail, I started this shop as my sandbox to learn the ropes of running an e-commerce site. So far, so good!

I'm primarily a freelance graphic designer, but I do enjoy crafting as a nice balance to my work (it also helps limit the constant amount of direct radiation I receive from my electronics!).

Other interests I have are world exploring, dining, kicking it with friends and family, and watching TV dramas.

Returns and exchange details
For all inquiries, please send me an Etsy message. I strive to do my best to give you the best customer service possible!

Need an exchange or not satisfied with your order?
I offer exchanges so please contact me to make arrangements. If you would like to return any/all of your order for a refund, please let me know within 7 DAYS (if domestic), 28 DAYS (if international) from the ship date. You are responsible for the cost to ship your order back to me in its original condition (no items missing or damaged), and I will refund the price of the returned items sold MINUS the shipping first paid by you upon receipt of the returned order.

Late/delayed packages?
There is no way for me to tell you when exactly your order will arrive, but in the case of time-sensitive order deadlines not being met, I offer a full refund of what you originally paid. I just ask that you please be responsible for the cost to ship your order back to me in its original condition (no items missing or damaged) so I can immediately refund you upon receipt of the returned order.

Defective or incorrect item?
If the item is different from what's listed in the invoice, I will send you the correct item or remaining quantity free of charge or give you the option for shop credit (with free shipping), whichever you choose. If an item arrived damaged or is defective, please contact me regarding a refund. Buyer must supply a photo of damaged item for verification, the original packaging it came in, and comply with our insurance claim to the shipper.
Payment
I accept PayPal and major credit cards (using Direct Checkout), and payment is required upfront before shipping out your item.

All orders shipped to destinations within Wisconsin will be charged between 5%-5.6% depending on your county's sales tax rate. All orders shipped to destinations within Washington and Pennsylvania will be charged sales tax and remitted to their states via Etsy. All orders shipped to Australia will be charged a 10% GST tax.

If you made a mistake in your order after placing it, send me a convo ASAP so I can cancel the order/shipment and give you a refund.
Shipping
I ship orders out in 1-5 days after receiving payment. Handmade bows can take 3-5 business days to produce, and during the wedding season, 3-7 business days is needed for non-bulk orders. I do my best to ship the items safely and securely. Orders are shipped USPS First Class to addresses provided by the buyer upon checkout. Domestic US orders take about 2-5 days to be delivered, and international orders take 1-3 weeks. Please double-check the shipping address you provide, as I will make sure it is shipped to that location.

SHIPPING SERVICE
The shipping price includes both the postage fee and handling cost. Priority/Expedited shipping is available at checkout or when requested for a custom order. Additionally, bulk orders of paper shred are shipped via USPS Parcel Select at default for only US locations: delivery for continental is 2-9 business days, non-continental locations will take about 2-3 weeks.

TRACKING
Complimentary tracking is given for all US destination orders and for most outside of the US. For US destinations, if you have not received your order within 10 DAYS of the ship date, I will assume it has been lost. Please contact me and let's work it out from there.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The duty fees and taxes your country charges will be the buyer's responsibility in order to have their order released and delivered to them from customs. Customs forms will be completed with an accurate description and value of the goods sold. Economic international delivery takes about 1-3 weeks so please make sure about this before placing an order. If you have not received your order within 60 DAYS of the ship date, I will assume it has been lost. Please contact me and let's work it out from there.
