Announcement
♥ Welcome to our Etsy shop!!
A to Z Alpacas is a family alpaca farm in southern Alberta Canada. My dad owns almost 300 alpacas and my daughter and I help by hand dying and selling the products we make with their fleeces! All of the yarns are made locally at a mill and dyed here on the farm.
We have socks, yarns, and spinning fibers! If you are on Facebook I suggest you join my page!!
Thanks for checking out our shop! Every purchase helps tremendously with the rising costs of keeping this farm going!
Much love,
Leslie

5 out of 5 starsThese socks are great quality, very soft, and well worth the buy! I am on my feet most of the day and tend to sweat through my socks. These socks kept my feet comfy and showed little to no dampness at the end of the day. I will definitely be investing in some more. Thank you AtoZAlpacas!

Our Alpacas Give us great fiber to make yummy alpaca goodness
Our story starts over a decade ago when my parents purchased a herd of alpacas! They never did a lot with the fiber.. just stored it.
Then fast forward many years.. my mom suddenly died in a car accident and my daughter and I decided to move back home to the ranch to help out my dad.
I've always had a love for the alpacas but didn't know a thing about fiber or yarn or any of it.. but I was determined to learn it. I have yet to learn how to crochet or knit (well I learned how to on a long loom and enjoy doing that sometimes) but my true passion has been the hand dyeing. I really enjoy designing and find it super fun and exciting to play around with different color combinations.
It has been a long, fun, challenging journey to get where we are now. Things are still a struggle financially but considering my parents were near losing the farm we are doing so much better. Things are looking up!
Thanks for taking the time to ready our story :)
