Just received my package today! Everything arrived in great shape and was just as advertised. I purchased this as a birthday present for my teen daughter and asked Jake if he could ship it asap. Payment
PayPal, and Credit Cards accepted. If you need to arrange for a special payment type, contact me first. All payments must be received within 10 days. If you fail to pay within 10 days, the item will be re-listed. If you experience a problem, and would like an extension, simply ask.
Shipping
All purchases will be shipped within 3-5 business days. No items will be shipped until all payments have cleared. So please allow normal delivery time. I will contact you when your item(s) ship. If you are purchasing prints, in many cases, they will be drop shipped, direct from my professional lab. That will eliminate additional delivery time and double handling of the prints. If you receive a damaged print, notify me immediately!

Please make sure that you provide me with the proper shipping address. If paying by PayPal, items will be shipped to PayPal address. If you would like items to be shipped to a different address, or if you have special shipping needs, please contact me.

With the exception of prints, I am currently only shipping to the US. If you are outside the US and would like a shipping quote, please contact me. To eliminate the guess work, I try and ship all items (except prints) via USPS Priority Mail. All items, including prints, will include a tracking number. While Priority Mail is slightly more, it's generally fast and reliable. And in most cases, only very slightly more expensive than Parcel Post.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my absolute best to describe every item in my shop, to the best of my ability. With the exception of prints, all items are vintage. Meaning, they're old! So natural wear is expected. I doubt any vintage item leaving my shop will be in absolute new condition. If it is, trust me, I'll be sure to let you know. Of course, I will also list major defects.

Camera will be identified as display or functioning. They are all sold as is. However, if I list a camera as a functioning, film tested camera, you can expect it to work. If for any reason, you receive an item in a condition less than described, I will do what it takes to correct the mistake. This includes a refund upon return of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received in. All requests for refund must be received within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
