Announcement    If you are anything like me, you have multiple to-do lists, checklists, plans, recipes, project ideas and goals swirling around in your head at all times. Your family, friends and colleagues count on you to get things done, every single day, to keep things in motion and keep track of all the tiny details. But let’s face it, remembering everything is downright hard- if not impossible.

And when you are trying to live a mindful life, fully engaged in the present moment, you don’t have the mental capacity to store all of that data anyway.

I’ve created a planning tool kit that aims at encompassing every aspect of your multifaceted life. My goal for you is to be able to sit down once a week with your printed worksheets, and unload all of that mental data onto the paper. By collecting it onto reference sheets that you can return to throughout the week, you will be able to focus on other areas of life, and have a much better chance of fully engaging in the moment.
