Returns and exchanges
If some reason you want to return the items due to dissatisfaction, you are responsible for return shipping. There are no returns/refunds on custom made items.
IMPORTANT: When doing an exchange/replace the buyer will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs. Please note that the replacement order will be shipped after we receive the original order.
Cancellations of orders must occur within 3 business days of placing the order.
If a custom request is not paid for within 24 hours, we will cancel the order.
Items sent over-seas will need to be calculated depending on which country they are being sent to.
