Announcement    Welcome to my shop! I live in beautiful Knoxville, Tennessee, and have been sewing and quilting for many years. I like to make one of a kind items that you will fall in love with and have to decide where to put in your home! All items are individually hand made by me in my home from the highest quality materials. They are unique and original creations from my designs unless otherwise stated (sometimes I start with a pattern, and then "tweak" it). Most of my items are quilted by a professional long arm quilter, others by me on my home machine. Each is heirloom quality for you and your family to enjoy for many years. I always have several projects "in progress", so please check back often!

Quilts, table runners and other fabric creations!

I am a 40+ year quiltmaker, primarily self-taught from books and trial and error. All my creations are sewn on my 1960s Singer which was given to me new by a beloved aunt and uncle when I was in middle school. I love fabric, and color, and enjoy constantly trying new techniques. I sometimes use patterns (with credit given), but most items are my own design. I always use top quality quilt shop fabric, making for a long-lasting heirloom quality item. You won't see the same items over and over in my shop (although maybe the same fabric in different items!) as I don't like doing anything over and over. I do the quilting on smaller projects on my Singer. Larger projects are quilted by a wonderful long-arm quilter in Oklahoma, Ann Olson, then finished by me. My quilt bindings are machine sewn to the front, then hand sewn to the back, because I enjoy it and like the look. Smaller item bindings are sometimes completely machine stitched. If you love color and fabric, and want something that is unique, this is the shopping destination for you!

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
I make every effort to represent my items accurately. I generally do not accept returns. Please convo me with any questions or concerns.
Payment
I accept both Paypal and Direct Pay for payment. All payments must be made at check out. Paypal will accept your credit card without creating a PayPal account or a Paypal account may be set up at checkout. Both Paypal and Direct Pay are secure and confidential methods of payment. I will NOT see or have access to your credit or debit card.

More expensive items can be paid for on a payment plan. Please contact me for more information.
Shipping
I ship USPS first class or priority mail with insurance within 2 business days. More expensive items will also require signature at delivery, this is for your protection and mine. U.S. buyers: Your shipping is included in the price of the item. International buyers: If shipping is off considerably, I will refund the overage.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please understand that I have no control over the US Postal Service and how quickly items are delivered. It has been my experience that international orders take a minimum of 2 weeks and have been known to exceed 6 weeks to reach my customers. I do insure international packages, but am required to wait 30 to 45 days before a claim can be filed. An affidavit must be provided by the buyer to complete this process.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES DOMESTIC: A package must be declared to be "lost" by the USPS before a refund will be issued. This is the end result of trying to trace a package that is past it's expected delivery date. Please understand that this takes time and is out of my control. Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" or "Left at Doorstep" by the USPS, my responsibility for the package is at an end and I am under no obligation to offer you a refund. Please contact me if you have further questions.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE for any duty, VAT taxes or other fees associated with importing merchandise to your country. Please do not ask me to falsify information on the customs label. If you are concerned about the import taxes for your country, please ascertain the amount before you purchase to make sure it is an acceptable amount.

FOR ALL BUYERS: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their address is correct in their Etsy profile. Any additional charges incurred due to an incorrect address are the buyer's responsibility
