This was one of the best gifts I have ever given. It is indeed beautiful, and well recieved! Atticwonders mailed it the same day of purchase, and it arrived in plenty of time to appear as a well thought out gift. Atticwonders was super helpful, friendly, and even supportive while I tried to figure out postage to get here in time. This was a great experience, start to finish. This lovely domed ring with silver balls surrounded by curved thin wires made to look like a flower is gorgeous. As I mentioned in review of bracelet, I was given her pair of earrings when I was 10 that look like the flowers, I am 72.

Shipping
We ship world-wide with USPS. Domestic (USA) shipments are all shipped with delivery confirmation. We will ship the item within between 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

If Personal Check is used as a payment option, we will ship your order when we receive the check and if the check clears. No shipments will be sent if we do not receive a legitimate check.

If Money Order is used, no orders will be shipped until the Money Order is received and cleared/found to be valid.

International Shipping: NOTICE. Almost all countries have a VAT (Value Added Tax). This is a tax that your country charges on items purchased and imported into your country from another country. Each country has their own threshold at which the VAT applies. We are not responsible for the VAT charges brought upon you (the buyer). We cannot lessen the value on the customs forms when shipping your item due to insurance purposes. If you are charged a VAT (by your local post office), we are not responsible for this charge nor will we refund you the amount you were charged. Know your laws and regulations.

Due to recent USPS price increases, international shipping costs outside of Canada and Mexico have been increased to $6.55 per package. We typically try to ship inside of the same bubble mailer envelope with multiple jewelry boxes, so no extra charges are necessary. If more than one envelope is required, we will cover the cost of the second one (if the order is large enough)
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back within 7 days and we will refund the selling price, not including shipping, insurance or signature confirmation, as long as there is no physical evidence of tampering or damage that was not present prior to your purchase. We will not refund return shipping costs.

International: If you are charged a VAT (by your local post office), we are not responsible for this charge nor will we refund you the amount you were charged. Know your laws and regulations.

If you are abroad and wish to refund your purchased item, same rules apply. You must send it back in original packaging (with the exception of the envelope) and no refund will be issued until we receive the item. Provide tracking information if it is applicable.

We ask that you return products using USPS with **Delivery Confirmation** AND ***Signature Confirmation***. Use First Class to save money. We have never had issues shipping using this method and returns sent to us have always arrived properly to our address.

It is your responsibility to send to the correct address and give us tracking information. This shipping service usually takes 3-4 business days for delivery. Once you have shipped out the item, you MUST send us the tracking number so that we can actively track the progress of the return package.

If you paid with a personal check, we ask that you provide us with a PayPal e-mail account so that we can refund the money to you via PayPal. No checks will be mailed out.

If USPS loses your shipment, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund. All shipments are sent with delivery confirmation. If an item is claimed lost but tracking information proves otherwise (delivered to shipping address) then no refund will be issued.
