Payment
I accept paypal, check, or money order. Please contact me to make sure that I am shipping to the accurate address. I will not ship orders until I get your payment. Sorry for any inconveniences that may follow from this. I am pleased to offer free shipping on all items--I do however, really appreciate good communication, and would really appreciate an email here and there during the buying/shipping process. I will contact you personally via email or on etsy when I ship the item. :)
Shipping
I ship packages as soon as I am available to do so, which is usually never longer than two days. Items will be shipped after I receive your payment. I will add delivery confirmation to all packages, and if you do need your package rushed, please inform me beforehand.

All items will be shipped using recycled materials/packaging to cut down on waste.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied, contact me via email or Etsy conversation within four to five days to establish a refund (if valid reason, such as damaged item or something--not just because you changed your mind) or exchange. If an item is delivered broken or damaged, take photos and I will provide a refund.
Feedback is very important to me so please let us work things out if there are any problems before posting negative feedback. Thank-you.
