All the details are always in the listing. That includes dimensions, weight and most often, a photo of my hand holding the soap! I do my best to describe the scent accurately but keep in mind, everyone's nose is different.

Cancellations are on a case by case basis if there are extenuating circumstances. This is due to the fact that if you catch me at the perfect time of day, I may start creating your chosen soaps or packing your order for shipping within minutes!

I love packing up something special for your event! Convo me with your event date and what you have in mind. I can also do up custom tags,change colors & scents, as well as ribbon color to match any color theme.

If you would like multiple items, make sure to place the order all at once please! I don't refund for combined shipping after the fact (for accounting and sanity purposes). If you live closer to the West coast (I'm on the East) the better shipping cost option will always be a flat rate box if you're looking at multiple soaps. Fit as much as you'd like in one of these boxes with no weight restrictions:
$14 shipping cost - priority medium flat rate 11X9x6
$19 shipping cost - priority large flat rate 12x12x6

Everything is shipped with USPS tracking. It's up to you to make sure you package is delivered to a secure spot to prevent porch pirates! A lot of customers choose to have delivery to a work address for that reason. If an item is marked delivered but you don't have it, please check with anyone else in your household or neighbors (my own personal packages often go to my neighbor across the street, so frustrating!) If you still can't find it, please get in touch with your mail delivery person and the USPS. They often have GPS tracking if it's been misdelivered.

I always send out your orders by the "ship by" date I have on each one, you'll find my turnaround time in the shop announcements at the top. You're welcome to order whenever you like for Christmas gifts, but I can't guarantee arrival dates. Once it's in the hands of the USPS it's up to them! Do you have faith in the USPS or figure we're close enough(I'm in NW CT) that it'll come quickly? If you order soaps, I will make and ship them, regardless of the date. USPS officially lists the recommended last day to ship to have by the 25th as 12/17 for first class and 12/19 for priority and 12/23 for priority mail express.
