My items are created after you place an order. I inspect each item prior to shipping to ensure you receive a quality handmade item. All items come from a smoke & pet free home.

If payment has not been received within 72 hours of purchasing and have not been contacted by you to make other arrangements, the purchase will be considered forfeiture of all item(s) and I reserve the right to re-list the item(s).
Refunds and Exchanges
Damaged items are eligible for exchange only- you MUST provide proof of damage.
If I have made an item that does not fit, I will remake a new item in a larger size and send it to you. You MUST send the original item back to me, in its original condition. Exchanges available if contacted within one week of receiving your order. If item us a gift please let me know at time of purchase so I can work with you in the event that item is to big/small. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and for returning items in their ORIGINAL condition.

I cannot stress the importance of insurance. I will not be held responsible for items lost through shipping. Once I have shipped an item, that item is now in control of the shipping service!
