Any item you receive from this shop that is damaged, PLEASE notify me as soon as possible. I also that you provide an picture of the damaged item so I can see what went wrong. Once I have received a picture of the damage and approved its replacement, your new item will be sent out at the same rate at which the original was shipped. If the piece is no longer in stock when you need your replacement, still send a photo of the damage and once approved, a new piece to be created and shipped. If you decide you'd rather not receive a replacement, your order will be refunded for the price of the piece only. Shipping and handling fees will not be covered by me.
Items will be shipped once payment has been cleared and received.
All items will be shipped via USPS. I do my very best to package each purchase with care in order to make sure your items arrive safely!

*PLEASE NOTE!* - Every order, once shipped, receives a USPS tracking number. The tracking number for your order is sent to the email you have on file with Etsy.

I receive the same tracking number at the same time as you. There is nothing different or special about the number I receive so I am only able to track your package the exact same way as you. As soon as I have delivered your package to the post office, what happens to it from there is unfortunately out of my hands.

If something does go awry with your package, I will do my best to fix the issue but as I stated above, once the package leaves my hands, there is very little I can do to change its course.

Any item that is lost in the mail, I will do my best to retrieve or replace it. In order for an item to be replaced, the customer must cover the shipping costs again. Please know that shipping fees cover shipping only. You are paying the post office to deliver your item. This is a cost I don't and can't cover.
