our Retro Bunting is really fantastic and truly retro and has really cheered up our dull kitchen after all the Christmas decs were taken down. Fabulous service from Dawn who went out of her way to help us and this bunting is beautifully designed and made.

Where the gorgeous vintage fabric of yesterday is renewed and re-invented into the treasures of today "RETRO REBORN !"
I love the textile designs and colours of the 50s , 60s and 70s - using these rare vintage fabrics adds to the uniqueness of each item I craft. It is so lovely to take a piece of fabric that has lain unused for up to 50 years and turn it into something that can be treasured today
In my shop you'll see me using fabric from the 1950s to the 1970s, produced by such names as Heals, Horrocks, Boras, Fothergay, Sanderson, Osman and Grafton.
It's a struggle letting some of these fabrics go but they are too good to hide away - I'm going to share!
I have recently changed my shop name to WittyDawn, as this is simpler for people to remember than AudreysCat but the latter persona will still be around for some time to come!
I'm very lucky to be able enjoy my designing here in my home in the stunning Cotswolds countryside, in the UK . When I not doing that I'm enjoying life with my family, gardening on my allotment and attending a few local vintage events - when I can indulge in my love of vintage fashion.
It's a pretty good life -and I hope you can see that by the exuberant colours I favour in my fabric choices! I do like a bit of BRIGHT.
