5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely perfect for my baby girl! Purchased for my daughter's 1st bday and cake smash photo shoot. Great quality and fit great! I was worried about it arriving on time, but I was reassured many times and it arrived with time to spare for the photo shoot. Outfit fit in well with family pictures as well (outdoor photo shoot). I would buy from this shop again - thank you so much!

1 out of 5 starsI am highly disappointed after the shop owner was made well aware of how important this outfit needed to arrive on time. She let me know the day I could expect it to ship and it never did. I emailed her twice before receiving a response the day after it was suppose to ship out. She had an emergency, which is fine, but this put me in a tough situation and I wish I could of been notified before it needed to ship, or at least offered over night shipping. She only offered to refund my money, and she did.

I'm sorry for your negative experience. However, your experience isn't the typical one of my customers. I care a great deal and went to lengths to work this out with you. I refunded your entire transaction and explained that this anomaly was due to a life threatening and unavoidable situation. I had no internet access or phone temporarily, in order to notify you of the situation sooner. Again, if I could have done anything differently I would have, and I will continue to provide my customers the wonderful August Lou experience!

First let me say that I'm sorry for your negative experience. I try to ensure that every customer has the absolute best experience with me and my shop (as you will see from the other reviews). Despite my numerous attempts to contact you, you have not responded and I would have been more than willing to work out a satisfactory result for everyone. You placed your order on October 28th and your package was delivered (provided by tracking information) on November 21st. I specify in multiple places that production times take 2-3 weeks (business days as is Etsy's policy) and then shipping is additional time. I upgraded your shipping at my own cost, and this is why I offer a rush fee for those who wish to receive their order faster. As always thank you for your purchase and I will try better to serve my customers needs.
