Je n'ai malheureusement jamais reçu cet article. La blouse n'ayant pas été retrouvée au domicile, il aurait été plus honnête au marie de la vendeuse de me le dire plutôt que de me faire croire que le colis avait été envoyé. Ceci dit, j'espère être remboursée comme il se doit. J'envoie tout de même toutes mes condoléances à la vendeuse..!

Paypal is the easiest and safest way to pay. If you don't have a paypal account, you can pay with your credit card and we will receive the payment on our paypal account.
To do so, you just have to follow the instructions on the paypal screen during the purchase process.
All items will be shipped out within 2-3 days of received payment.

Please note that shipping from France to the U.S.A can take up to 21 working days to arrive this does not include the weekends.

We do our best to offer the most affordable yet safest shipping options for our customers. Kindly note that tracking and insurance are not included. If you'd like tracking and insurance on your order, please contact us prior to making your purchase. Otherwise it will be sent by 'La poste' This is a reliable but no frills French postal service.

If you purchase more than one item at a time please contact us first for additional shipping cost which will be moderately increased according to the weight of additional item.

We recycle and use as few new cartons as possible for larger items. They are costly to purchase and would force me to increase the shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges
Your parcel will always be packaged safely and securely to ensure an intact item on It's arrival. However It is often especially advisable to ask us for a service with tracking and or insurance for breakable items, such as glass or ceramics.
In view of this if your Item is lost or damaged in some way and the customer did not ask for this extra service , we will not be responsible or held accountable.

We are eager to answer any questions or send more photographs. The idea is to keep both parties happy. So all feedback, the good and the bad, is more than welcome.
