Aurearte is the result of a passion for art in many ways. The artist behind it, Áurea Segura, is always exploring new ways of transforming things into art, from a white canvas to a piece of dollhouse furniture.

Áurea is an artist who has been working in the medium of oil paiting most of her life. She has dedicated her life to art in many ways:

Passionate about art and decoration, Áurea became interested in dollhouse furniture, where she could combine both things. Her mission is to light up every doll house with unique and exclusive hand painted furniture. Every piece is made with careful detail to capture a beauty characteristic of the world of dollhouse collectibles. Áurea is very demanding when choosing the furniture and fabrics for her collections. This brings sophistication to her pieces, making them valuable and unique. She has been exhibiting her pieces in a number of shows around the world.

Áurea's passion for painting started when she was as young as 14 years old. She pursued this passion and exhibited a number of art collections in Barcelona (Spain) and California (USA). She has painted breathtaking murals for international conferences and for clients.

Áurea studied restoration and marble painting techniques in Rome (Italy) and she has used these skills to give a second life to pieces of furniture. With her passion for decoration and great taste, she transforms anything she comes across.
