Welcome to the automatism atelier! In my day job I'm a digital collage illustrator, working as a freelancer for various magazines and newspapers. The atelier is my own little gallery for my limited edition fine art prints, one of a kind mixed media collage work and more. I hope you enjoy your visit.

Thank you for visiting the automatism atelier!

Payment

Paypal is my preferred mode of payment. All items must be paid for within 2 days of order; otherwise they will be relisted. Items are only shipped upon confirmation of payment.

Shipping

Please make sure your ETSY shipping address matches the PAYPAL address. If it does not, please notify me via email so I can ship your purchase to the correct address.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. All items are sent through Canada Post and rates DO NOT include insurance, confirmation or tracking numbers because Canada Post does not offer those options with their base package rates — if you require any of these options let me know before purchase and we can upgrade the method of shipping (which will also increase the shipping cost). If you are ordering from another country, please remember that items will take longer to reach you the further away you are from Canada. If you need something quickly, contact me before purchasing and we can discuss your options.

Approximate delivery time frames are as follows:
Canada - 7 - 10 days
United States - 7-14 days
UK, Europe & East Asia - 7-14 days
Australia & New Zealand - 7-14 days

Refunds and Exchanges

I ship prints using reinforced cardboard envelopes with "Fragile" marked clearly near the postal address. If your order is lost in the mail or arrives damaged (which thankfully doesn't happen that often!), please don't hesitate to contact me so I can make arrangements for a refund/replacement.

I do not accept returns, and cannot exchange items, as re-sent items often do not fare well when sent back to me through the post. Please be certain about your purchase before placing your order.
