Please be aware that my artwork is printed on these products by a private printer and not myself. Once your order goes into production I cannot cancel and refund them. The original art is mine but they are out sourced for printing.

While I have tested each of the print providers to ensure the highest quality mistakes do occasionally arise. If there is a mistake or quality issues please contact me 1st and send several picture of the problem. Based on the issues we will have a solution.

Covid is causing a lot of shipping issues-please be patient. I try and update as soon as I am made aware of issues by suppliers. There are times that the item will appear that it has not shipped, but in actuality it may have been shipped. At this time shipping companies are not doing the initial scan that will change your shipping status. It will be scanned several days later when it reached the distribution center.

All EU orders MUST have a phone number and valid email- Delivery couriers use this to ensure the package goes to the right person and to verify that someone will be there to accept the package. With out this information you risk the package being turned away. If an order is turned away due to you not furnishing the proper info refunds will not be given since delivery charges will be accrued and non refundable.
