welcome to autumn olive, where misfit sweaters find sanctuary and new life in my one of a kind creations. all of the materials used in my work are repurposed (except for the thread). though i create primarily with wool, occasionally other fibers will find their way into my studio. each piece is made with a combination of hand and machine sewing.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
i want you to love your purchase. however, i recognize that it is difficult to determine exact fit/color when you are looking at photo. as a result, all garments (jackets, pullovers, etc) may be returned in original, unworn condition as long as the return is initiated within 3 days of receiving your item. you must convo me to establish your return status and i will refund the price within two business days of receiving the returned item. return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ACCESSORIES- all hats, scarves, and other decorative creations are final sales.
payment is expected at time of purchase as i only accept paypal, though you can use a credit card with paypal if you don't have a personal paypal account. For orders over $100, you may choose to make a down payment of no less than $25, with the remaining balance due in full no later than 1week from purchase date unless we have made another arrangement. If payment is not made in full by that day, the item will be relisted, and the down payment refunded less a $5 processing fee.
all items shipped USPS priority mail unless buyer requests an alternate service at time of purchase. all items will be shipped out within two business days of receiving payment. i recommend that you purchase shipping insurance on orders over $100. this is an additional cost which can be added to your order if you so choose. otherwise, i will send the item out uninsured, but i will provide you with the tracking number for your order once it is sent.
Additional policies and FAQs
all of my materials are repurposed from found and thrifted sources. each piece is carefully hand or machine washed prior to being deconstructed, then washed a second time after the piece is complete.
i strive for durability, comfort, and visual interest in everything i create. sometimes, this means that my construction techniques are intentionally "imperfect"- my serger is my favorite sculpting tool and together we churn out some very interesting things. part of what makes them so fun is their quirky seams and wonky hemlines. that said, i want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, so please see the policies above about refunds. i am just a one-woman operation and good feedback is important. please contact me immediately if there is any problem with your order and i will do my very best to make sure you are happy with our transaction.
every effort is made to accurately represent the fiber content of each piece in the listing, but PLEASE NOTE; if you have allergies, i live with three giant ANGORA rabbits and a cat.
