A long time in the making.

I've recently graduated from college where I earned a degree in fine arts and art education. Growing up with an artistic father and surrounded by his work and process, I always knew I wanted to go to school to pursue the arts. It was not until I was in high school that I realized my passion for teaching others and decided that I would major in education. Though I genuinely love guiding others toward realizing themselves as artists, I found that my role as an educator granted me less time to explore my own artistic interests., so that is when I decided to open up my Etsy shop.

I am lucky to have learned a wide variety of art making processes and opened this shop in 2015 to share those processes with others. All of the products I produce are handmade -- from cutting the paper, to drawing & painting, to making the gift tags that package the goods. In making these pieces for others, I am learning more about myself as an artist and I am truly grateful for that.

Myself, my family and my friends spent all of the summer of 2015 designing, renovating and building a small art studio in a spare bedroom of my home. From the shelving, to the furniture, to the cork and chalk boards -- almost everything in the AutumnPostCo studio has been custom designed and handcrafted. We pride ourselves in our quality and packaging because we know how nice it feels to receive something that you know you can't buy in the big stores.

Regarding custom orders -- our shop expects payments within 48 hours of purchase. I reserve the right to re-list items that are not paid, at my discretion, usually after 48 hours if I have not heard from you.

Shipping:

Please be sure your address is correct. We ship to the address listed in your Etsy account. We are not liable for shipping mistakes if the address you provided is incorrect.

Our shipping is based on the products you order. The mail options for our listings refer to the USPS class of mail and not necessarily to the speed in which your order will be packed and taken to the post office. Since most of our listings are made to order, we generally need a few days to process and make it [ see shipping times for individual items for a better idea ] and once the item is ready, we typically ship within 1-2 of business days to ensure a timely delivery! If the product is already made and we have it in stock - we will notify you that processing time and shipping times will be faster than listed.

We use the United States Postal Service for all orders. Shipping costs are listed with each item and are combined for multiple item purchases. The price includes delivery confirmation for domestic orders and a minimal amount for packaging and fees. Postage for orders with multiple items sometimes gets over-estimated. I will credit your account for the overage in this instance.

Priority mail - 1 -3 days
Priority express mail - 1-2 days

AutumnPostCo wants you to love your purchase as much as we do, so if there is an issue please contact us right away so we have the opportunity to work together and fix it.

Returns are welcomed if the product is returned in an unused condition within 2 weeks of receipt. Returns for custom orders are not accepted as we will have worked with you throughout the process of making the order to ensure it is exactly what you want. Credits or exchanges for a product in the case that you wanted a different style/color are accepted. Please send us a message to let us know how we can help.
