my shop hours:
like all shops on etsy, my store is open 24/7... however, as a mom working from a home-based office, i am not at my desk at all times, but i am always checking emails and convos from my phone and almost always will respond within 24 hours.

turn around:
premade logos:
as long as all info is with your order(name, subtext, etc), I send proofs for premade logos within 48 hours on weekdays and up to 72 hours on purchases made Fri-Sun
requests for edits on premade: An edit is inlcuded so if after you receive your premade logo proof you want to change something, that is okay. profs for requests for edits are sent within 48-72 hours.
custom logos:
custom logo turn around is now at 3 weeks
requests for edits on custom logos is 5-7 days
custom marketing pieces (facebook, business card):
turn around for custom work and custom work edits is about 7-10 working days or up to two weeks.

please know, due to the amount of time i spend on each design, i just can not spend that time making samples. as artists yourselves, professionals who also charge for their time & talent, i hope you understand.

ALL logos will come in four formats. vector (.ai or .aps depending on file size), psd (flat), png, & jpg. if you are looking for a hand drawn logo, you have come to the right store. NONE of my logo designs contain clip art each and every logo design is hand drawn by me. there are no worries about usage, licensing nor copyright, i hold the copyright to my designs and transfer copyrights on custom logos.

How does purchasing a premade logo work?
all you do is add the logo to your cart and proceed to checkout. during checkout, there is a "notes to seller" section. let me know the name you want on the logo and if you like the colors in the listing or if you want to change them. then, i email you a proof for approval and send final files after approval
I love this logo, but can I have a different font?
you sure can. in the notes at checkout, just let me know that you want a new font, and i will send a font list for you to choose the new font from.
Are any physical (printed) items included with your logos
All my files are digital.
All files, business card, logo design, sticker design, etc are all digital files that you can print online or at a local print shop.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes, an edit is included.
What file types are provided with the logo purchase? Are they vector files?
yes. after approval, i send a jpg, png, psd and eps. the .eps file is the raw vector file.
If I order today, how quick can I get my order?
premade logo proofs are sent within 48 hours weekdays and up to 72 hours for fri-sun purchases.
custom logos: 3 weeks. edits on custom logos are quoted at 1 week.
custom marketing items and edits on these items (circular files, facebook, covers, business cards, etc) are 1-2 weeks
final files are sent within 24 hours of approval.
what file types do i receive?
logo and sub logo files come with a vector, psd, png and jpg. business card & yard sign files come in pdf. facebook and other social media files come in jpg only.
