Returns and exchange details
I do not offer refunds unless its an extreme case. I will try to do what I can to make you happy. If you are unsatisfied with your items, please message me and let me know! I'll try to work it out.
Payment
I only accept PayPal. If your using a check through paypal, I require you to tell me in advance.
Shipping
I ship all of my items with standard. If the customer prefers it there faster, they are welcome to pay for the more expensive shipping. I track EVERYTHING I send. This way you can see that I sent it out, and I can see that you received it. I use recycled materials when possible.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom items are usually made and sent within 10 business days unless I tell you otherwise. Customs I request a Non refundable good faith deposit. I will make whatever you want, I just don't want to spend a lot of time and money for someone to not buy the item.
