*As a customer on Etsy myself, it is always a treat and privilege to shop and experience the wonderful talents of all the other sellers out there. I want you to feel the same way when visiting my shop. Have fun!

Customer Service and Feedback

*I strive to provide great communication and excellent service to all my visitors & customers. That's not to say I won't goof from time to time, but know that I try really hard to make sure everything goes smoothly. If something is not right with your order, please let me know so we can find a mutually acceptable resolution. Your business and satisfaction is important to me. And of course, feel free to convo me at any time if you have questions.

*I respond to inquiries and convos quickly so that you get the information you need. Communication about the receipt of your payment and/or the shipment of an order is done via the check boxes on the invoice under your etsy purchases.

*I love my customers and like to use the feedback function to say thank you for a great transaction and for supporting my shop. My practice is to leave my feedback after the buyer has left their feedback.

General Information

*I try to represent my listings as accurately as possible and give you multiple photos from different angles so that you know exactly what you're buying. However, keep in mind that monitor settings are different from one computer to another, so colors may vary.

*I make things I like and think that others may like as well. You will see lots of variety in the shop b/c I get bored w/ doing the same thing over and over again. Everything is handmade or altered by me and not mass-produced. As a result, each item is unique, but also not perfect because I am a human not a machine:) While I embrace imperfection (and think this is part of the charm of buying handmade), rest assured I still hold myself to a high standard of quality and will not list items that I myself would not be satisfied with. I recognize that buying handmade over the internet is, in many ways, a leap of faith & I try hard to not disappoint.

*If you don’t see something that tickles your fancy today, check back often. I try to list new items every week.

*Please convo me if you see something in the sold listings that you're interested in, as I may be able to recreate it for you.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
*Payment is expected immediately upon purchase unless prior arrangements are made. I am flexible, so if you need something reserved, let me know and I can work with you.

*Paypal is the only method of payment currently listed to accept. You do not need to have a paypal account to use it. Paypal provides a safe and easy method for paying by credit card (or other means) via a third-party site. If you need an alternative payment method, please convo me before purchase to see if we can make arrangements.

*If you are paying by an e-check on paypal, please understand that while the Etsy site will reflect that you have submitted payment, in reality, payment is not actually received until the e-check clears via paypal. I will not ship until your e-check clears paypal. Most of the time this happens very quickly (within 2-3 days), but I have experienced up to a two-week delay in payment via e-check. Thus, if you need/want your item quickly, I don't recommend using the paypal e-check.
Shipping
*I try to ship quickly as possible after payment is received. If for any reason it is going to take longer than 3 business days to ship your order, I will contact you to let you know.

*Orders are shipped to your Etsy address unless otherwise requested, so please make sure your Etsy address is up to date

*I try to find a balance between the least expensive and most efficient way to ship. This generally means USPS first class, however, weight and size restrictions for first class mail sometimes force me to ship via priority mail. I do not use parcel post (b/c it is sooo slow) unless specifically requested. Please know that it is not my intention to make a profit on shipping charges.

*I make every effort to package your order carefully so that it will arrive safely. However, I am not resonsible for loss or damage by the postal service. If you wish to upgrade your shipping and/or purchase insurance for your package, please contact me and I will be happy to do so for the additional fee associated with the upgrade(s).

*Shipping charges reflect not only the cost of postage, but also packaging supplies, and service to and from USPS. So the postage amount that appears on your package will most likely be different from what you have been charged.
Refunds and Exchanges
*I do not accept exchanges or provide refunds on handmade items unless the product I have provided is defective due to my error.

*Vintage items are sold in "as-is" condition and all sales are final - no refunds or exchanges. Please ask all questions about condition, wear, appearance, etc...prior to making a purchase. I am happy to provide additional photos and information to assist you in making an informed purchase.
