Payment
We prefer PayPal. It helps us get your new treasure to you faster.

We do accept Personal Check and Money Orders, however shipment will be delayed until the payment method has been received, and has cleared in the case of a personal check...
Shipping
We're at the post office almost daily, but we understand if you prefer something else: UPS, FedEx, etc. Just include how you would like it shipped in the Note to Seller section, and we'll send you a PayPal invoice for the additional amount. If you are paying by check or money order, we'll convo you with the difference so you know what amount to send us.

Many of our smaller pieces include free domestic shipping. This is for USPS PARCEL POST, which can be a timely method of shipment during all BUT THE HOLIDAY SEASON. Please keep this in mind. If you need to receive your item faster, you may want to consider UPS, FedEx, or USPS Express (the only USPS option with a guaranteed delivery timeframe).

While we do our best to pack each treasure in a safe and secure way, we cannot control how the selected shippers will handle it. We therefore recommend you purchase insurance, which is above and beyond the stated S&H. If you would like insurance, please let us know so we can adjust the invoice accordingly. Thank you.

PLEASE NOTE (International Orders): If you purchase something that is to be shipped outside the United States of America, you are responsible for any and all taxes, duty fees, and any other charges that may be required for collection. International S&H only covers what it costs for us to put the package in the mail to you (not what it may cost you to collect it). We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Refunds and Exchanges
As we deal in treasures, we believe them to be one-of-a-kind items. Or at least they aren't your run-of-the-mill, everyday items. Honest.

We'll do our best to represent each piece accurately and in a detailed fashion so you know exactly what you are ordering. We encourage questions, too!

Talk to us...let us know what you need from us to feel comfortable with your selection and purchase! We strive to provide the best service we can.

That said, if you purchase something from us and aren't happy with it, please let us know. We don't typically offer refunds, but if we find we are in error on something or there are other mitigating circumstances that could be a different story.

We are sorry, but we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged merchandise on the part of the shippers. Again, we'll do our best to protect your new treasure when it is in transit, but we can't accept responsibility once it leaves our hands. Please consider insurance as listed above.
