I'm sorry you didn't read the description that clearly states, "BEIGE Loubibabys inspired red soles". Nowhere in the description or title is the word White or any inference to a White color. You received the correct color you purchased as seen in the photos for the listing.

Returns and exchanges:
Due to the handmade nature of my items and for hygiene reasons, I don't accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I don't accept refunds but I do want you to be happy with your purchase. If we agree that you can return your item, it must be received in the same condition that it was sent and in the original box. If it is not in the original box it was shipped in to you, no refund. Shipping fees back to me are paid by the customer. I will refund for the item only, no shipping fees.
Processing time:
Production time for Made to Order items is 5-7 business days ( Monday - Friday ). Please note that the production time does not include shipping times and USPS holidays. Ready to ship items will be shipped in 1-3 business days. The expected shipping time included for each listing is an estimate and may vary depending on the number of items in the order.
Ready to ship items purchased in the same order with Made to Order items will ship together (5-7 business days) unless placed as separate orders.
All of my headbands are packaged in a box with ribbon to ensure it’s safety, making it ready for gift giving!🎁

Shipping:
Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 business days. You can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days.
I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the US postal service. You can upgrade to Priority Mail which includes tracking and insurance.
When an item ships, Etsy will send you an email with your shipping information.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide via First Class Mail. International shipping is via USPS First Class International Package Service. Buyer are responsible for any custom fees and duty taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
The buyer is responsible for contact between customs and the postal service to locate or dispute any lost, damaged or delayed packages.
