This was such a sweet towel and bib set - I ordered for a friend because I got something similar from pottery barn as a gift when my son was born. This set was much nicer and more personal than the pottery barn one I received. Would buy again!

The Pink Paisley story

The Pink Paisley got started at my kitchen table in 2008 when I decided to apply my love for crafting to making a little extra money. The business has grown since then into something I am very proud of. The Pink Paisley has allowed me to be a stay at home mother to my three children.

My love of crafting comes right from my Grandmother (I called her Maw Maw). She taught me to sew when I was young, and that sparked an interest in crafts. She is in Heaven now, but I know she would be super proud of The Pink Paisley :)

I started off with small little craft fairs, and eventually worked my way up to the Jr. League shows. I traveled the State of Louisiana for about 3 years, with my whole shop in tow. Wow... that was a ton of work! These days, The Pink Paisley operates 100% online, via my Etsy shop and The Pink Paisley website (

I always aim to have quality products and great customer service. Please know that I am very grateful, and feel blessed by each and every order.

Hello, and Thank You so very much for shopping with me. My name is Amy, and I am a stay at home mother of three children. I stay busy while my children are at school by working on my orders from my website and my Etsy shop. I LOVE creating cute new things to sell.

If you are looking at items in my shop and have any questions, please convo me. I will respond promplty if I get your email during work hours which are Monday- Friday from 9am to 3pm. I do periodically check email after work hours, but try very hard to devote my weekends and evening to my family.

All of the items that I sell are made in my smoke free, pet free studio.

I will have your order on the way to you within 10 business days of receiving your order AND personalization details. Most orders go out much sooner... you just can't fuss until after 10 business days!

If you are in a big hurry for an order, I will be glad to "Rush" you order, for a $10 fee per item. Please convo me for details.

I DO NOT accept returns on my items. Once it has been personalized, you are the proud owner. The exception to that rule would be if there were a defect or error of some sort. In that case, I will REPLACE your item with an identical item.

I ask that once you receive your item, please leave feedback for me. I want to build my business by the best advertisement out there... word of mouth!

A nice little note to all of you fellow crafters out there: We are all in the same boat, trying to make a little money using our talents. I have worked hard at what I do and have invested much time and money into my business. Please be respectful and do not steal my pictures. Please do not ask me where I get my inventory from... just don't... please :)

Etsy is so easy to use... you will be directed to Pay Pal to complete your transaction.
All items are usually shipped within (but sometime sooner than) 10 days. I use USPS first class for all items that weigh under one pound. Priority mail will be used for items over one pound and Fed Ex for larger orders. ALL orders will have delivery conformation and tracking. If you have a preference on how your order will be shipped, please let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges
As stated above, I do not offer refunds. I will replace any defective items with an identical item. This policy doe has it's limits.... Example: Your jute tote bag strap breaks because you hauled textbooks in it...NO REFUND! Only reasonable cases will be refunded/replaced. The decision for a refund remains at the sole discretion of The Pink Paisley L.L.C.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to set up custom listings. Please convo me. I may even be able to offer you a discount on large orders.

In some cases, the buyer does not supply all of the information needed for me to complete an order. I will attempt to reach the buyer via Etsy convo and email, several times. If I am unable to get a response from you (the buyer) about your order, after one month I will cancel your order, and refund you. A 20% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

I'm ready to order, where do I put the details for my order?

During the checkout process, you will see a "note to seller" box. That is where you will give me the important information about your order such as

-font choice
-monogram/ name

Custom and personalized orders

I do not accept returns. If your item arrives with personalization different than what you specified, I will be glad to make the correction and send you a new item.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I am happy to include an enclosure card with your order if you are having your order sent directly to the recipient. Please include the message for the enclosure card in the "note to seller" box at checkout.
