The Pink Paisley story

The Pink Paisley got started at my kitchen table in 2008 when I decided to apply my love for crafting to making a little extra money. The business has grown since then into something I am very proud of. The Pink Paisley has allowed me to be a stay at home mother to my three children.

My love of crafting comes right from my Grandmother (I called her Maw Maw). She taught me to sew when I was young, and that sparked an interest in crafts. She is in Heaven now, but I know she would be super proud of The Pink Paisley :)

I started off with small little craft fairs, and eventually worked my way up to the Jr. League shows. I traveled the State of Louisiana for about 3 years, with my whole shop in tow. Wow... that was a ton of work! These days, The Pink Paisley operates 100% online, via my Etsy shop and The Pink Paisley website (www.thepinkpaisley.com).

I always aim to have quality products and great customer service. Please know that I am very grateful, and feel blessed by each and every order.

Hello, and Thank You so very much for shopping with Pink Paisley Monograms! My name is Amy, and I am a stay at home mother of three children. I stay busy while my children are at school by working on my orders from my website and my Etsy shop. I LOVE creating cute new things to sell.

If you are looking at items in my shop and have any questions, please convo me. I will respond promptly if I get your email during work hours which are Monday-Friday from 9am to 3pm. I do periodically check email after work hours, but try very hard to devote my weekends and evening to my family.

All of the items that I sell are made in my smoke free, pet free studio.

I will have your order on the way to you within 10 business days of receiving your order AND personalization details. I always work hard to get orders on the way ahead of schedule.

If you are in a big hurry for an order, I will be glad to "Rush" your order, for a $10 fee per item. Please convo me for details BEFORE placing your order.

I DO NOT accept returns on my items. The exception to that rule would be if there were a defect or error of some sort. In that case, I will REPLACE your item with an identical item.

I ask that once you receive your item, please leave feedback for me. I want to build my business by the best advertisement out there... word of mouth!

All photographs included in Pink Paisley Monograms Etsy listings of social media are the sole property of The Pink Paisley LLC, and may NOT be used by any person or entity other than The Pink Paisley.

I accept Etsy direct checkout and Paypal.

Due to the customized nature of my products, I do not accept returns. Cancelations will be dealt with on a case by case basis, and are granted at the sole discretion of myself/ Pink Paisley Monograms.
Shipping
All items are usually shipped within (but sometime sooner than) 10 days. You have the option to choose first class if your order weight less than one pound. You always have the option to choose Priority service, which can be a little faster. ALL orders will have delivery conformation and tracking.

Any claims of a "lost" package will initiate a FULL investigation by USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
As stated above, I do not offer refunds. I will replace any defective items with an identical item. Damage to an item due to abuse does is not considered a defect.

Example of abuse: Your jute tote bag strap (which is less than 1/2" wide) breaks because you hauled heavy textbooks in it...Abuse, not Defect. Only reasonable cases will be refunded/replaced. The decision for a refund remains at the sole discretion of The Pink Paisley L.L.C.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to set up a custom listing for you. Please convo me. I may even be able to offer you a discount on large orders.

In some cases, the buyer does not supply all of the information needed for me to complete an order. I will attempt to reach the buyer via Etsy convo and email, several times. If I am unable to get a response from you (the buyer) about your order, after one month I will cancel your order, and refund you. A 20% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

During the checkout process, you will see a "note to seller" box. That is where you will give me the important information about your order such as

Custom and personalized orders

I do not accept returns. If your item arrives with personalization different than what you specified, I will be glad to make the correction and send you a new item.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I am happy to include an enclosure card with your order if you are having your order sent directly to the recipient. Please include the message for the enclosure card in the "note to seller" box at checkout.
