1. i have grossly misrepresented the item

2. you contact me and notify me immediately after you receive the item
and
3. you return the item to me immediately and in the same condition as you received it

International buyers: I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail. Once I ship an item, it is out of my hands and control. If you would like me to ship your item registered (which costs considerably more than the listed mailing charge), please contact me, so we can make the necessary payment arrangements.
