Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If for some reason your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, contact me within 7 days and I will make it right. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping cost's are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Unless it is something that was defective or totally my fault , then I will take care of it, my customers come first, I want you to love these as much as I do.
Payment
Please submit payments via PayPal(Takes credit cards too)
Please pay within 2 days of your order.
If you need more time Convo me because I'm sure we can work something out.
As always I accept money orders and your item will be sent out after I get it and it clears.
Shipping
Orders will usually ship USPS First Class Mail in 1 to 2 business days of your order.
If you need expedited shipping, please convo me for details.
I ship using the address provided by PayPal, if your address is different than that listed in PayPal, please convo me with the address you would like me to ship to.
I try to recycle as much as possible and If you don't want recycled packaging let me know.
