Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

I never want an unhappy customer. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please feel free to reach out and express your concerns. I will work with you to come to a resolution. I am available via Etsy convos or email.
Aversionx accepts Paypal, Etsy Direct Checkout, and Etsy gift cards. Sorry, no checks or money orders. Please note payments are handled directly through Etsy, Aversionx does not receive your payment information directly.
1.  Default shipping method is USPS First Class Package.  Priority and Priority Express are available per request.  Tracking is provided for all shipments, you may view this information on your Etsy account under "Purchases and Reviews".  US Orders over $35 ship free. International orders over $100 may be eligible for a discount, please contact for details.

2.  Shipment Errors:  Please make sure your shipping address is correct during checkout.  An incorrect address may delay a shipment, or lose it.  Aversionx is not responsible for inaccurate address information provided by buyers.  If/when package is returned, buyer has two options: 1) Refund minus shipping or 2) Pay to reship to correct address.  If Aversionx makes an error, order will be reshipped at sellers expense.  Remember if you have a unit or apartment number, include it during checkout!

3.  All orders are packaged with care to avoid damage during shipment.  In the rare instance there is damage, please contact Aversionx within 3 business days of delivery.  Pictures of packaging and product damage are required to file a claim.  

4.  All orders are shipped with an invoice printed directly from Etsy.  This is required for all international shipments.  US buyers that do not want an invoice included should mark their order as a gift during checkout, or make a note in the "notes to seller" section. 

5.  International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or VAT charges they may incur when purchasing items from overseas.  International orders are marked as 'merchandise' on customs forms.  Customers are responsible for being familiar with their countries customs and tax laws for international deliveries.
