I am not responsible for packages that are delayed in transit. if you need your item to arrive quickly please choose expedited shipping as I will not refund for "delayed in transit" packages. I am also not responsible for lost or damaged packages--USPS offers insurance to cover these types of USPS mishaps. Please contact me if you would like to add insurance to your package. Once items are in the hands of the post office they are out of my control; and I am therefore not liable for any issues incurred while in transit. No refunds will be given based on post office mishandling. Also, please be sure that you have provided a proper address. No refunds will be given if you provide an incorrect address resulting in misdelivery.

Buyers Remorse/Cancellation of Orders: Orders cancelled WITHIN 2 hours of purchase will be granted a store credit. No refunds will be given at any time.

Orders paid by echeck through Paypal will not be made until after the payment has cleared. This means that the production time does not begin until AFTER it has cleared.

Each item is made to order especially for you! Current turnaround time on most hairpieces, not including shipping time, is 7 business days (business days do not include weekends and holidays). PLEASE NOTE: some more intricate items have a longer production time of up to 3 weeks--this information can be found in the "Shipping & Policies" section of each item. Unless you choose upgraded shipping at checkout, items will be shipped via USPS Standard 1st Class Mail. Please note that while USPS advertises this service as a having 2-5 day delivery timeframe, many areas have been experiencing 7-14 day delivery times. If you need your item soon, please choose an upgraded shipping method to ensure timely delivery. I cannot control how long USPS takes to deliver packages and am not responsible for package delays once I have brought your order to the post office.

Please be sure that your address/contact info is correct in Etsy to ensure proper delivery. I DO NOT look at Paypal addresses and print my labels directly from the address you have entered in Etsy so please be sure this is correct. I am not responsible for packages that are mis-delivered due too the wrong address being entered in Etsy. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if your package is returned to me du to an incorrect address entry.

Items ship in polymailer envelopes. If you would like your item to be shipped in a box, please contact me prior to ordering to purchase a shipping upgrade to cover the additional shipping charges.

Please contact me if you would like to add insurance to your package; otherwise, once an item is in the hands of the post office, I am no longer responsible for it if it is lost or damaged in transit. If you have any issues with your package not being delivered once it has been mailed, please contact USPS so that they can assist you in locating your package.

Customs duties and taxes may be incurred on international orders. This will be in accordance with each country's import policies and varies by country. Please check your countries import policies prior to ordering. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
