Why weddings + events?

My love for creating began at a very young age - chances are if you’ve ever received a gift from me, it was handmade. I fell in love with weddings after planning and designing my own a few years ago, and decided to start my own business. I first began selling handcrafted wedding invitations and decor, eventually expanding to include baby and bridal showers. Now a mom of a toddler, and another on the way, the shop has transformed yet again, from handcrafted items to both ready made and customizable digital wedding and events printables. As I add new items to the shop regularly, be sure to follow me on Instagram and Facebook for any updates.

By purchasing one of our items, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Colours may vary depending on your monitor, ink, printer and cardstock used for your project. We recommend doing a test print with your printer before printing a large order. We are not responsible for any colour variations that may occur between monitor and final print.

Due to the nature of these products, we ONLY offer refunds and exchanges if an edited file has been purchased and we have NOT started the work on it. Once we have started the edits, there are no refunds or exchanges. There are NO refunds or exchanges offered on any non-edited files as the files are available instantly upon purchase.

Please ensure that all items are proofread before submitting your final approval. Refunds will not be given if there are errors on any items you have given final approval for.

All templates are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. They are not for resale, sharing or commercial use.

All custom handmade orders are final sale. Given that each item is handmade and customized, we do not accept refunds, exchanges or cancellations of any kind once we have started your order. If you purchase a deposit for any items, that deposit is non-refundable once the design work has begun.

We are also not responsible for any physical items shipped to an incorrect or outdated address entered at checkout - please ensure your address is correct when checking out.

DIGITAL FILES:
All digital downloads are available upon purchase. If you do not receive your download, please contact us and we'll get it sent over right away.

For all custom digital files, you will receive your proof withing 1-2 business days of purchase. Once approved, the final, high resolution files will be sent to you.

PHYSICAL ITEMS:

Please check your order for your estimated shipping times. These times vary depending on the product you've ordered. If you need a rushed order, please contact me PRIOR to payment to ensure I am able to complete your request.

Ready-made Orders: Your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days of payment confirmation. If you need an order shipped quicker than normal, please send a message before you place your order and we will adjust your shipping costs as necessary.

Custom Orders: These orders take longer to ship because of the time spent creating them. Please allow at least 1-4 weeks for creation of your product on top of regular shipping times (please see specific item for details). If you need an item by a particular date, please let us know and we will work with you as best as we can to create and deliver your product by that date.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. You will receive an email via Etsy once your order has been shipped. All estimated times are given to us via Canada Post - we are not responsible if your order takes longer than the estimated time given to us. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping, postal disruptions or postal strikes (which may affect the shipping time of your item) after your item has shipped.

All items are shipped via Canada Post. In order to keep shipping costs reasonably priced, not all items have a tracking number. Tracking numbers are only provided where applicable. Smaller items, such as sample invitations do not have a tracking number. To request a tracking number, please advise when placing your order in order to accommodate extra shipping fees.

IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes, additional postage fees or other charges that my incur. We are not responsible for any of the above charges.

We will ensure that your item is packaged properly to avoid any damages, but please note that we are not liable for your package once shipped. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages once shipped.

Custom and personalized orders

HOW INVITATION PRICING WORKS:

Pricing for each individual invitation suite is listed under 'item details' in each listing. Prices for each invitation suite may vary.

A $100 deposit (subtracted from final total) is required to start the digital design of the invitations. So, let's say you ordered 65 invitations at $5.75. Your total would be $373.75 plus shipping. $100 of that you would pay up front. Once you were 100% happy with your digital design, you would pay the remaining balance + shipping (so $273.75 + shipping). Once the balance was paid I would begin the printing and assembly of the invitations!
