Regarding refunds. Refunds will be granted only in justifiable situations. Those being an item which was not received or damaged or destroyed during shipping and that sort of refund would be given when I was personally refunded by the shipper. I always get 'delivery confirmation' from the USPS and will now always enter that confirmation number when item is shipped. When an item is claimed to be soiled, odorous, not usable, etc. there will NOT be a refund as all items are due to a final inspection by myself, the seller, before leaving my possession and being shipped to the buyer. If there are any flaws which at times there are they are listed explicitly and accurately in the item description section of the listing.
