Welcome to AW Jewelry Findings!
Yes we were formally known as AWachterDesigns. Since my store has migrated to only jewelry findings we felt it necessary to change the name of the store accordingly. Still the same handmade unique findings!
I have been designing and creating jewelry as a side business for many wonderful years. I design many of my own findings and components. Over time I have accumulated mountains of jewelry supplies, beads, findings, you name it. After many other designers asked me where I found my components I decided to try selling them. Eh Voila! Many of the findings like the sterling silver box clasps are my designs. The stainless steel and aluminum beads are made in my friend's local machine shop for me. The detail in them are amazing.
I love designing, creating and sharing all of these unique pieces that other creative jewelry designers (YOU!) can use in their own work.

Sharing beautiful jewelry findings and components with designers
Like most Etsy creators, what started as a hobby has turned in to a business. Making jewelry is my zen. Designing many of my own findings and components is a great creative outlet for me. I decided not long ago, after many requests, to share my beautiful jewelry components and sterling findings with other amazing jewelry designers. I love to see what they create with them as well!

I guarantee the quality of my jewelry findings and supplies 100%. If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase I will gladly reimburse you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Different monitors can display different shades of colors. We are as accurate as possible in descriptions about each item's color, so there will be no refunds based on color issues.
If an item is damaged by the Post Office, then you can contact them. I must be contacted immediately upon receipt of the item if there is any problem. If it is the fault of the U.S. Postal Service then it would be your responsibility to contact them.
No refunds will be issued after 10 days receipt of the item. Items must be returned prior to the 10 day period in order to obtain a refund for the item. Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred in returning the item to the seller.
Please convo me prior to the purchase of any item if you have any questions.
Payment
If in Washington State I have to charge the 8.9% tax.
Shipping
If an order is returned due to incorrect address given by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the item. If you request a refund, then I would refund the original purchase price less the shipping charges that were incurred to ship the first time.
