Sewing a new future...

Well, it's pretty simple how AYLLA began. One day I left my future as an engineer , because it just wasn't for me anymore and against everything that everyone told me, I left the University... And there I was. With nothing to loose.

And I started to think, what's next? And I started to freak out! Then I remembered what my mother teach me as a little girl: how to sew bags!

And that's pretty much all. I've found Etsy by a casuality. And here I am, sewing a new future :)

Here you can find lovely bags wich are made in Chile with high quality materials, hand picked by me. All the items are designed, cut and sewed by me. I always make sure that my products be really well made, in order to keep Aylla's store costumers, satisfied with the result.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 21 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 45 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

I accept payment via paypal only. Please,if there is any delay in your payment, let me know.
Shipping
_ All items are shipped within 4 working days (or business days) once your payment is deposited.

_ Shipment time is approximately 10-15 working days (or business days) from the date of shipment for International orders.

_ I ship to your Etsy address, so please be sure that this address is the same than your Paypal address, if it's not, let me know wich one is the good one.

_ All Registered mail and packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining
the package.

_ Some countries place duty taxes on foreign goods, customers are responsible for the payment of these taxes.
