Ayùn history of a fusion between two worlds

Ayùn is born in 2009 when I was living in Chile. There I discovered Mapuche jewelry (which I found in love with) and I started to learn jewelry with a woman specialized in Mapuche jewelry. She taught me lots of things and inspired me.

When I came back to France in 2010, I decided to create my jewel brand officially and Ayùn was born. I knew Etsy since a long time ago (I don't remember when exactly) and it came naturally to create my shop here.

All my jewels are designed and made by myself. It's very important for me that each piece responds to the quality standards that I fixed for my brand.

All my collections are results of a long period of researches and tries to find the right design. I'd like to see my work as the meeting between 2 worlds and 2 cultures.

Nowadays Ayùn became a lifestyle brand with stationary hand painted objects and illustrations.

Here you will find informations about shipping, payment method... I hope that you find all the information you need, but in the contrary feel free to ask me :)

I try to be as clear as possible in the items description page but sometimes a piece of info might be missing.

Please remember that I am a small business and that I can't provide the same refund or shipping condition as a big company. I'll do my best though to provide you the best customer experience.

BUSINESS DAYS in our shop are Monday to Friday and do not include the following vacation days and public holidays in France: Jan 1, May 1, May 8, Easter, June 2, July 14, Aug 14 and 15, Nov 1, Nov. 11, Dec 24 and 31. Items may be purchased but they are not shipped during those days. The other vacation days will be mentioned in our shop wellcoming message.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Refund are only possible for insured parcels that have been lost or damaged. Only after I've been paid by the post office.

I am part of Etsy payments which gives you lots of options to pay your purchase.

Delivery times :

France - 1 to 3 business days
Addresses in Europe - 5 to 10 business days
Everywhere else - 7 to 15 business days

Please note that this is estimated delivery dates and might change depending on the period.

Your parcel will be sent within 3 days max after purchase. The shipping method is describe in each item. If you want another solution, please send me a message.

Please be aware that occasionally packages get caught up in customs - any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
