    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    You can return items before 14 days of receipt. Buyer must pay shipping

    U.S. Orders are shipped out via First Class USPS with shipping confirmation.


    International orders will also have a shipping confirmation number. Buyer is responsible for all custom fees (if applicable). Please allow at least plenty of travel time for your order to arrive.

    *** PATCHES***
    SHIPPING for Patches/Appliques- You can select untracked 2-6 business day shipping. Your patches will be in a sealed package inside a yellow envelope. Please note that this is untracked and you will not receive tracking details. This is the cheapest method but with same quality packaging.

    If you would rather have tracking or receive these sooner, you can select from our First Class shipping method which is 3-5 business days and you will receive tracking details. You can also select Priority Shipping if you need these sooner.



    If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, please contact me.

    ***KEEPING THE SHIPPING LOW***
    You will always receive your items packaged carefully and with care. For patches, we will send in a business envelope. For items under 8 OZ, we will send your order in a shipping friendly corrugated box or weather proof poly mailer. All fragile items ( planar resins, resins, miniatures etc) will be bubble wrapped.

    Occasionally with larger items, we will send out your order with the same care using a recycled box for lower shipping costs to you.
