I stand by my creations. If your necklace, bracelet, or earrings ever break I will repair them free of charge for as long as you own the piece. Unfortunately origami mobiles are one of a kind and cannot be repaired if broken. Please see below for my policies on returns for credit.

I leave positive feedback as soon as full payment is received.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

Items damaged in shipment must be returned within 30 days of receipt. I will credit your PayPal account (including the original shipping) as soon as I receive it. If you receive an item and decide you don't wish to keep it, please return it within 7 days of receipt and I will credit the original item cost to yourPayPal account (not including shipping). If the item I receive is not in saleable condition, your refund will be minus a 15% fee.

Payment

PayPal, all major credit cards, personal check. US dollars only. If payment is not received within 3 days of order, the order will be cancelled. See below for information regarding discount codes.

Shipping

Items ship First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. Items ship 1-2 days after online payment is received or check clears (5 days maximum).

Priority Mail is available for domestic shipping only and costs $4.60. The Post Office guarantees a 2-3 day ship. If requesting this service, please contact me prior to sale so I can adjust shipping.

All listed shipping costs do not include insurance or delivery confirmation. Buyer assumes all risks. Insurance and delivery confirmation are available upon request for an additional charge. Please contact me prior to sale so I can adjust shipping.
