Unique & Custom Decals for Walls, Doors, Cars, Laptops & More

I designed my first decal in 2008 when I wanted one for my car showing I was a knitter. I listed it on Etsy and found that a lot of people liked my design and my decals. I began creating more decals that let people show off what makes them unique. Over the years, I have expanded my offerings and equipment and am grateful every day to use both my creative and computer skills (I have a BS in Computer Science where I emphasized in graphics, even taking a grad level course on curves & surfaces which relates a lot to my design process) to help support my kids and myself.

I love the connections I get to forge with people around the world and really get a lot of satisfaction over receiving positive reviews and orders from returning customers (I love all of my first-time customers too!) Etsy has given me a place where I can succeed through dedication, honesty & providing great customer service, as well as continuing to hone my design talents.

Payment
I accept Paypal, cash, money orders, and personal checks. Please note that I do not ship until payment is received. If we do not receive your Paypal payment (or notice that you have initiated an eCheck payment through them) in three days, we will assume you forgot or changed your mind and cancel your order. If we do not receive your money order or check through the mail in two weeks, we will cancel your order but reinstate it if the mail is abnormally slow and shows a postmark within three days of purchase. Anything but PayPal and cash will be cashed and after a waiting period of two weeks due to the prevalence of fraud, I will mail the item. I prefer cash and PayPal, but still offer check options for those who prefer it.
Shipping
I strive to ship as quickly as possible. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of my shop, decals can sometimes take over a week to create and ship (especially for large decals - anything over 9x12 inches), but usually this happens within one week. Please allow three weeks after ordering before reporting a shipment as lost, 5 weeks for international (non-US) shipments. Please note, this is the time after I receive everything I need from you to make your order (color choice, custom names or lettering, custom sizes, or your final approval of my design etc.). Certain custom orders of large size or quantity can take longer than this timeframe, so anything I tell you personally in the custom ordering process supersedes this as this mostly applies to designs made as described in listings. Be assured that I do ship 95% or more of orders within one week, but as the only person running my business, sometimes kids get sick or taxes have to be figured out by a certain date.

I will ship by First Class Mail or First Class International, but if you would like another shipping option, contact me and I will update the listed shipping price accordingly for you. Also, if you would like your package insured, I can add that to the shipping price as well.

By default, I do not offer international shipping since it has proven troublesome in the past. If you are willing to pay extra for premier shipping services or assume responsibility if the package gets lost in the mail (I will have a Certificate of Mailing to prove I sent it to you), convo me and we will arrange something.

I do my best to make sure I send packages with enough postage, but I have heard horror stories about postal workers disagreeing with package classification. Should you receive something from me with "postage due", PLEASE let me know and I will refund you the difference!
Refunds and Exchanges
I keep my prices at the minimum I can to cover supplies, fees and a small amount of compensation for my time. Therefore, I cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in the mail. If you are concerned about this risk, please convo me and have me add the cost of insurance to your shipping. If a package is lost or damaged AND insured, I will remake the item if I have available supplies and if not I will offer you a refund. I do not accept returns, but if you dislike an item enough to exchange it, you may do so if it is still in new, undamaged condition (no worn jewelry) for something of equal value in my shop. You will need to return it to me at your expense and also pay for shipping on the item(s) you trade it for.

Please note that all of my items except those categorized as commercial supplies are handmade and are not necessarily the exact item pictured in the listing, but that it will be a reasonable approximation. There may be small variations in color, size, shape, etc. but it will be true to the spirit of the listing photo. Also be aware that colors vary from computer monitor to monitor. If it is important to you to get the exact object pictured, convo me and ask if the photo is of the current item for sale or of a duplicate. If it is a duplicate, I'll update the listing photo for you, but due to the time involved in creating a good listing photo, I do not usually take a new photo for duplicate items. If you have any questions, please convo me and I will likely answer in a short timeframe as I check my email often!
