What Type of Shirt do You Use / Are Shirts True to Size:
I use Gildan Soft-Style T-shirts. They are crew neck, unisex, and are true to size. Most of the Heather colors are a blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. All others are 100% cotton unless otherwise stated in the description.
Refer to the thumbnail for the sizing chart and color chart.
Measurements:
S: 28" long by 18" wide
M: 29" long by 20" wide
L: 30" long by 22" wide
XL: 31" long by 24" wide
2XL: 32" long by 26" wide *
3XL: 33” long by 28” wide*
Double-check your size before ordering. Grab your favorite fitting tee out of your drawer, measure from top to bottom + pit to pit, and match it to the measurements above. Refunds and exchanges are not available for ordering the wrong size.
*Heavier Gildan T-shirt.
How Should I Care for My Shirt or Tote?:
All items should be washed inside out with like colors in cold water. Use only color-safe laundry detergent. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low. DO NOT iron over the design. You will also receive care instructions with your order.
I Need a Wholesale Order:
I do not offer wholesale at this time.
I Need a Custom Order or Personalization of My Order:
I can create a custom order of a new design, contact me via messenger.
Many of our designs can be customized for a particular field or career. If it's possible there will be a personalization option available with the listing. If there is no customization box then that is a standard design.
I only send previews when requested, unless it is a completely new design. These orders are non-refundable.
You can message me before submitting your order with any questions you may need answered.
When sending monogram initials, please type them exactly how you would like them to appear. The typical order is First Name Initial – Last name initial – Middle name initial. Adding the full name would help as well, so I know it is correct.
I Change My Mind / My Item Was Damaged or Has a Defect:
If you change your mind about your purchase, please refer to our return policy. Not all items can be returned. For items returnable, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. We will refund you minus shipping and handling costs to mail the order out to you. If your item is not returned in new unused condition, smells of smoke, or has pet hair we will discard the item and no refund will be issued.
Our items are inspected prior to shipping, however, if we overlook a defect, please contact us via our shop messenger within 3 days of the tracking showing the package was delivered. We will not refund you but will send a replacement out to you in 3 to 5 business days. {This does not include delivery time)
Shipping Upgrade / Item Lost in Shipping / Item received damaged
You can upgrade your shipping at check out at your expense; this does not change my production time. It only affects the time USPS takes to deliver the item.
We have no control over the USPS processing procedures.
My store allows you to track your order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We do not change addresses once your order is received. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses.
My shop is not responsible for your package being lost or damaged once it is in the possession of USPS. We will not issue a refund. You will have to file a claim with the USPS. Instructions are available here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims
Packaging WARNING
If your item is in a plastic sleeve, please exercise caution. This is a choking and suffocation hazard to small children and should be discarded once your item is received.
From time to time, your order may contain Silica gels which are used to adsorb and hold water vapor. Please keep these out of reach of small children as they are hazardous if consumed.
The Wrong Item was Received
We do our best to get it done right the first time. If by chance you should receive the wrong item, contact my shop via messenger and send us a picture of the item received.
We will not issue a refund but we will send the correct item out within 3 business days.
You may be required to return the item received. We will provide details of how to do so if this is required. There will be no cost to you.
Oops I Ordered the Wrong Size or Color:
Please contact my shop within an hour if you discover that you have ordered the wrong color or size.
We cannot make any promises, but we will do our best to fix the error for you before it is processed and shipped out. Please refer to our refund policy regarding conditions under which we can issue a refund.
If the order is shipped out and we are able to issue a refund, you will be required to send the item back at your expense. We will issue the refund minus shipping cost.
Once the item is received, if you wish to exchange it for the correct item you will be responsible for shipping cost.
Where Can I Find my Digital Downloads:
If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after your purchase.
If you have an account: go to Your Account ("You" circle in the top right) -> "Purchases and Reviews" and look for the order. The button will say "download files" in a black box. (You may have to be using a laptop/computer to access the downloads...if you're on a phone you may not be able to see this button as Etsy may not be allowing ).
