REFUND POLICY:

We offer full refunds if the item you received is different to that listed.

Otherwise, we offer refunds MINUS the following costs: Original shipping cost, PayPal fees, Etsy fees and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount, to cover lost fees and handling costs. Alternately, we offer an exchange or merchandise credit. Please contact me at seebabette [!at] gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your purchase for refunds/exchanges/credits.

**We do not offer refunds on custom-made items/or any item that I altered to your specifications, including metal changes, necklace chain lengths, etc

**Returnable items must be posted back to me within 14 days of receipt of item. It's important that you contact me prior to posting to confirm the return is acceptable, and give me the postage details for returning the item. Tracking is recommended for your peace of mind.

** Items must be in the original, unused condition.

**Items must be packaged well in a box and or bubble wrap to prevent damage- as we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in return shipping. Once item is received, I will email you.

Of course, we hope you will be happy with your purchase, as most of our customers are!

This shop accepts Paypal only. (You do not require a Paypal account to pay with Paypal)

Kindly make payment upon checking out.

Unfortunately, orders will be cancelled after a period of 3 days if payment has not been made.

In stock items will be shipped out promptly within 48 business hours of receipt of payment.

Made to order items will be shipped out within 2-7 business days- though it can take longer during busy periods. I will advice you of when to expect your purchase.

Shipping time does not include weekends, so please take this into consideration when placing your order.

All items are packaged in boxes and then into padded envelopes for utmost care.

If you are contemplating a large or costly order, I recommend you upgrade to USPS Priority Mail shipping, at an additional cost.

Mail sent from the U.S.A is very reliable and there are rarely any problems.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders will be boxed and bubble wrapped for safety regardless of destination.

Please note that I have no control over, and cannot be responsible for any customs fees or other duties which may be applied to your order by officials in your country. If you have any questions, please check with your local customs organization.

I do not sell on a consignment basis.
