I can't refund money when the customer receive the item I can only replace them if is damage.
Money Orders are also accepted, but the items will be shipped to you only when the payment is received and cleared.
Any unpaid orders will regrettably be cancelled within one week unless buyer has contacted me.

PRINTING & SHIPPING TURNAROUND:
I ship internationally through the Greek Post Office, withing the next 5 to 9 working days of your purchase.
Strikes and National Holidays may set back the shipment a few days. I will try to let you know about those cases in my shop announcements, so please take a look there also.
Please specify your mailing address if it's different than your registered Etsy address.
• Prints are mailed within5-9 business days after payment has been completed, to your Etsy address. Custom orders may take up to 5 days. Rush orders are available, please convo me for details.
• 8x 10 inch or smaller prints are packed in a cello protection sleeve & shipped in a rigid cardboard envelope.
• bigger 11 x 14 inch prints and larger are packed in a cello protection sleeve and mailed in a tube.
It usually takes 3 working days after posting to get an item within Greece; 5 - 7 workings days within European Union, and 10-25 workings days for US, Canada and Australia.
If you have failed to read shipping policies, that is of no fault of mine.
Buyers are responsible for taxes and customs fees in case there are any.
