SIZES:
Unless otherwise discussed- elastic headband sizing will be as follows:
Newborn-6m - 13"
6-12 months - 15"
12m-3y - 15.5"
Child- 16"
Teen- adult - 17"

SHIPPING:
Turnaround time is currently 1-2 weeks. Usually less on single-band orders.

STUDIO DAYS:
My main studio days are Monday and Thursday- READY TO SHIP items will be mailed on the next studio day unless otherwise discussed. If a Ready to Ship item is purchased in conjunction with a MADE TO ORDER time, standard turnaround time applies to the entire order, as they will not ship separately unless placed as separate orders.

DESIGN:
Please note that on occasion a small substitution or change to design may be made due to the small business nature of supply availability. I will ensure any changes stay within the original feel and overall design. All designs will be made with exact duplication always, if possible.

Due to the seasonal nature of florals, the exact flowers may vary but the color will remain consistent with the overall pallet.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

I am happy to accept custom orders. In order to keep my turnaround time down and my prices low, I do not charge extra for custom orders. However, due to the volume in which I am producing orders, I am not able to take “in progress” photos of items before shipping. What I design, is my final product that will be delivered to you. This is because a photo taken, sent and waiting for a reply is valuable time that I need to commit to production and processing. I simply wouldn't have the capability of taking on custom orders if that were the process. I have the utmost confidence in my abilities to create custom orders on this front.

Before placing the order I do ask that you give me all info on desired elements to the design and have taken a look at my shop and style to be confident in my ability to create a custom design for you. I am happy to oblige and discuss all elements of a request before proceeding with production.

There's a girly-girl in there?!

As a lifelong "tomboy" I had no clue there was a crafty & girly-girl hiding inside. After giving birth to my son in 2007, I made a few fun things for his room or with the playgroup we belonged to.
In 2009, I had my daughter & it was like a switch went off- I couldn't be stopped! In Feb of 2010 I started BBB on a whim, setting up the shop and starting a facebook page. I hit the ground running & it has been a whirlwind of fun & excitement since. I have a great love of color & texture. Unlikely combinations that are unexpectedly beautiful are what I love most. Ad a little bit of vintage and some ruffles and that is where my heart lives in designs.
My upbringing as a tomboy certainly didn't have an ill-effects because the blocks I design are cut, sanded, stained and made solely by my hands. I am a beast with the cut-off saw.
Each and every design is made with love and care in my home studio located in St. Petersburg, Florida. My studio is a stand alone building in my yard that we call the Bird House. & I am surrounded by gorgeous light, blue skies, all my beautiful supplies, my kiddos and music as I work. Birdie Baby Boutique has brought my family much happiness and we are all very grateful for the love and support of my handmade designs.

Welcome to my colorful little corner of the world!

Each design you find in my shop is hand made to order. Please allow approximately 7- 10 business days before shipping, so that I may have time to create your items. My turnaround is often sooner, but it really depends on your order. Orders with multiple bands will take longer than a single headband order. If you're in need of a quicker turnaround time please message me so that I can send you the listing for priority shipping.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns nor refunds, however, if there is a problem with your order, please contact me. While I do my very best to obtain order perfection, occasionally I fall short and in those cases, I am more than happy to discuss with you how to make it right! Please note that due to the seasonal nature of florals, the exact flowers used may vary but the colors, style and overall feel will remain the same.
Payment
Payment is due at time of purchase. I do not begin working on custom orders until payment is made.
Shipping
Shipping is via First Class (13 oz. or smaller) or Priority Mail for bigger packages. I ship to the address on your account, please make sure your address is correct.

When an item ships, Etsy will send you an email containing your shipment information.

Unless you request insurance on a package I am not responsible for anything lost or damaged by our U.S. postal service. This option is available during the checkout process. While MOST parcels arrive without issue, it DOES happen so if it were me purchasing an item online, I would pay for the protection. It's of course, entirely up to you, but please do not contact me to replace lost in transit or damaged items unless you've selected package insurance.

Please note that by purchasing from my shop you recognize that we are both USPS customers, and you agree mutually that I will mail your items using this service but with recognition that I am not a USPS employee. I am unable to view more extensive tracking information than you are via the provided tracking number on your order.

International customers are responsible for any import duty taxes if required.

I am not responsible for lost international orders. Once a package leaves the control of birdie baby boutique, the consumer is responsible for contact between customs and post to locate or dispute any lost, damaged, or otherwise delayed packages. BBB does not have control over any postal services. If you would like to incur the additional cost of tracking a package internationally, please contact me directly for upgraded shipping methods. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TIPS AND TRICKS:

Unicorn Horn Info: The horns are plush. This is for safety!! Animals are unpredictable and these horns won’t hurt children or models should the animal decide it’s had enough and behave accordingly.
- To attach simply clip into the horse of pony’s forelocks.
- Liquify is your friend. Post processing adjustments to help the horn appear straight should it get bent during shooting. Don’t over stress adjusting during your session! Should bending occur, simply tweak back into place.
