Welcome to BabyBug Designs where you will find high-quality, handmade, soft-sole baby shoes. I strive to provide great customer service. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact me.

* I currently only accept Paypal payments in domestic currency.
* Payment is due in full within 3 days of purchase.
* For any item not paid within 3 days, the order will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed.
* Texas residents will be charged an 8.25% sales tax.
* For US orders, all items will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail and will include delivery confirmation.
* For all international orders, items will be shipped USPS First Class International.
* Seller is not responsible for orders once they have been shipped. Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, it must be purchased at the time the order is placed. Please include this in the "notes" section when placing your order and wait for me to send you a Paypal Invoice before paying for your order.
* If you would like your order shipped to an address that differs from the address on file with Etsy please indicate this in the "notes" section when placing your order.
* Items will be shipped within the timeframe mentioned in the item description but only after payment is received in full.
Refunds and Exchanges
* I want my product to be of the highest quality. If you have any issues with the quality of your shoes please let me know and we will try to work something out.
* Due to the custom nature of my business, returns will only be evaluated on a case-by-case situation and are not guaranteed.
* Any inquiry (other than quality issues) into a return must be received within 7 days from the date the item was received by the buyer. After 7 days no return will be possible.
* Monogrammed items are not allowed to be returned (except for quality issues).
* Shipping costs for any return is the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstance. Returns must be sent using a method that requires signature proof of delivery.
